Responsibilities
Repair and maintain mill and production equipment (conveyors, elevators, mixers, baggers, and related systems)
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
Perform preventative maintenance to improve reliability
Inspect equipment and recommend repairs or improvements
Assist with equipment installs, upgrades, and modifications
Work closely with production to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain safe, organized work areas and document maintenance work
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid MN driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on concrete for extended periods
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance, millwright, or industrial mechanic experience
Knowledge of bearings, belts, chains, motors, gearboxes, and drives
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working around industrial equipment
Someone who values preventative maintenance and takes ownership of their work
Preferred
Experience in grain, feed, agriculture, manufacturing, or production environments preferred
Welding, fabrication, or basic machining skills a plus
