Administrative Specialist II
N.C. Department of Information Technology is seeking an Administrative Specialist II to provide administrative support within the Investigations unit of the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. The role involves data entry for investigation reports, autopsy reports, and communication with various stakeholders including law enforcement and families.

Responsibilities
This position will provide data entry for high-volume investigation reports, death certificates, autopsy reports, meeting requests for public records, file/case review, and filing
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator
This position provides support to the Chief Medical Examiner, other Pathologists, and Medical Examiners within the state ME system, as well as provides information to decedent families via document request fulfillment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator
