Responsibilities
Manage employee engagement initiatives that enhance the in-office experience and foster connection, culture, and belonging
Deliver a hospitality-driven workplace experience modeled after best-in-class hotel and restaurant environments
Establish and maintain service, quality, and operational standards for in-office events and hospitality operations
Oversee the planning and execution of external brand events, including:
Client Activations
Client and Brand Dinners
Client Off-sites
Manage logistics and oversee interdepartmental execution of screening room events
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and elevated guest experiences aligned with WME’s brand and reputation
Partner closely with Facilities teams to support day-to-day building operations while maintaining an employee-first lens
Ensure workplace design, amenities, and signage align with WME brand standards and aesthetic expectations
Support office experience-related vendors, including:
Restaurant + Pantry Operator
Reception Services
Catering Partners
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for all internal and external events
Collaborate with the Marketing team on how the WME brand shows up on-site in offices and across events
Partner with Marketing on the ideation and execution of activations that support client projects and brand initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, events, operations, or a related field
Proven experience managing complex events and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment
Strong hospitality mindset with an eye for detail, service excellence, and elevated guest experience
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Strong cross-functional partnership skills, particularly with Facilities and Marketing teams
Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and multiple priorities simultaneously
