Receiving Associate / Warehouse Clerk

They are seeking a Receiving Associate/Warehouse Clerk to receive shipments and maintain an orderly stockroom and dock area, ensuring efficient inventory management and support for the receiving team.

Responsibilities
Receive all non-regulated product shipments at the Andover, MA facility
Receive GMP/ISO incoming goods and raw materials
Process and complete receipts in the ERP system
Perform weekly cycle counts
Stock and maintain inventory of finished goods
Pick items for orders or requisitions
Provide back-up support to the Receiving team at the Tewksbury, MA facility
Assist with shipping non-hazardous products as needed
Serve as additional support for the Materials Coordinator when required
Manage e-mail inbox and ensure timely communication
Perform any additional tasks as necessary
Qualification
Required
Experience in packaging, labelling, picking, and chemical handling
Knowledge of the metric system
High school diploma or equivalent credentials
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse or product handling environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong work ethic, flexibility to changing work demands, and effective teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
Experience using an ERP system and general computer proficiency
Preferred
Preferred experience with ERP/SAP systems
Familiarity with GMP/SOP protocols and chemical packaging
Experience in laboratory work, biology, or chemistry
GMP experience preferred
