Hands-on with troubleshooting, performance tuning & security hardening
Cloud mastery: Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS
Virtualization: VMware or Hyper-V
Enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)
A Proactive, "fix-it-now" mindset + clear communication
Qualification
Required
