Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and CesiumAstro staff, ensuring a positive experience for all parties
Manage job postings on various platforms, including the company website and external job boards. This will include drafting job postings and other recruitment-related materials as well as posting and maintaining job listings on state job boards in alignment with Affirmative Action (AA) and compliance guidelines
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
Support the onboarding process by conducting pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and coordinating start dates
Pull reports on recruitment metrics through our ATS, Lever
Coordinate internship program in partnership with Human Resources
Collaborate with the recruitment team on candidate experience

Required

Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting or related business administration
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and familiarity with ATS systems (Lever preferred)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude, team-oriented, and a passion for recruitment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality
