Coordinate and oversee all aspects of assigned projects and programs from initiation through completion
Establish timelines, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and ensure deliverables stay on track
Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies
Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives and unexpected workflows
Lead meetings across cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive decisions
Prepare and present clear status reports and updates to leadership
Partner with global stakeholders across multiple functions and time zones
Build trust quickly and maintain strong working relationships
Track and summarize program performance using data and reporting tools
Use Excel and other tools to analyze progress, manage deliverables, and support decision-making
Maintain strict confidentiality for sensitive product initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to lead projects/programs from start to finish
Comfortable tracking metrics, analyzing data, and reporting progress
Ability to run meetings and manage complex, cross-functional environments
4–7+ years of program or project management experience
Bachelor's degree required
