Maintain and follow processes that maximize customer uptime in a cost-effective way
Ensure that data center problems are identified and repaired quickly
Ensure contractors deliver quality services
Meet internal customer demands

Required

Hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation experience
Experience with stand-by diesel generators, switchboards/switchgears, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, VFDs, and building automation systems
Ability to maintain and follow processes that maximize customer uptime in a cost-effective way
Skills to identify and repair data center problems quickly
Experience ensuring contractors deliver quality services
Ability to meet internal customer demands
