Customer Service Sales | Insurance Agent
The Gainey Agency is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Remote Sales Consultants. This role involves conducting virtual client consultations, recommending insurance and financial protection plans, and building relationships with clients while providing ongoing support.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual client consultations via Zoom or phone
Recommend life insurance and financial protection plans tailored to client needs
Build relationships with clients, follow up, and provide ongoing support
Utilize company-provided leads—no cold calling or door-to-door sales required
Stay current with product knowledge and ensure licensing compliance
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven with a growth mindset
Comfortable using Zoom and basic online tools
Willingness to obtain a license (training provided if not already licensed)
Preferred
Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
