Must have experience Real World Data (RWD)/Alliance for Genomic Discovery (AGD) ideal
Programming in R, Python & Excel
Data Curation in Bioinformatics (Neurology, Immunology or Obesity ideal)
Data curation and mining using Linux command line
Advanced analytics

Learn existing automated EHR-phenotyping using large longitudinal UK Biobank and AGD data
