Write clear, concise content

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in journalism, communications, or a relevant technical field

Firm understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience in using DITA XML tools, AsciiDoc or Markdown, and MS Word to create documentation
