Lead and coordinate process improvement projects across multiple sites/functions
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure project success
Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope
Support continuous improvement initiatives under general direction
Coach teams on re-engineering methods and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
5+ years of experience in process management
Demonstrated success in project management and continuous improvement initiatives
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
Preferred
Six Sigma certification or training
Experience booking travel and submitting expenses in Beeline
Potential for permanent hire in the future
Not a people management role
