Responsibilities
Complete all necessary data entry into software
Apply company sticker protocol and equipment information gathering procedure at each install
Recommend additional products that could enhance comfort
Collect payment from customer at job completion if applicable
Send review request upon job completion
Program thermostat and thoroughly explain operation to customer
Maintain outstanding communication with customers and co-workers
Ensure all functions of installation tech are done properly and assist as needed
Perform a final check of all work and take pictures before leaving
Qualification
Required
Competency in HVAC installation, service, and sheet metal fabrication
Possession of EPA universal certification
Ability to read and work from schematics
3+ years of experience in HVAC, installation, and sheet metal fabrication
Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repair, and customer service
Preferred
Experience in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repair, and customer service
