Entry-Level Territory Sales Manager
Filter King is a manufacturer of commercial air filters that provides same-day delivery capabilities. They are seeking an Entry-Level Territory Sales Manager to launch a B2B sales career, focusing on generating qualified appointments and building relationships within assigned territories.
Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate qualified appointments for Territory Sales Managers
Proactively walk into commercial buildings within your assigned territory to introduce Filter King and schedule meetings
Research and identify target accounts including hotels, hospitals, office buildings, and industrial facilities
Set qualified meetings with facility managers, property managers, and maintenance directors
Accompany Territory Sales Managers on sales calls to learn consultative selling and closing techniques
Transition to independent prospecting and territory ownership after completing training program
Maintain accurate records in CRM system (HubSpot)
Build pipeline and develop relationships within your assigned territory
Qualification
Required
You have 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience
You are eager to learn B2B sales and willing to start with cold calling and appointment setting
You are coachable, disciplined, and thrive on measurable performance metrics
You are comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up
You have strong communication skills and professional phone presence
You are self-motivated and goal-oriented
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
