Analyze and translate complex business requirements into scalable Appian solutions
Design, develop, test, and deploy Appian applications and integrations
Optimize performance and ensure adherence to Appian best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Appian platform
Coordinate with global teams to support application lifecycle and enhancements
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM design and development
Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into Appian business processes
Expert-level experience creating: SAIL interfaces, Expression rules, Process models, CDTs, Sites, Integrations with external systems
Proficiency in building Appian Records, Reports, DB Views, Stored Procedures
Strong understanding of: Appian Groups & Security, Process Design, Decision Tables
Knowledge of Appian best practices and Database best practices
Ability to collaborate with global teams, including business users, architects, and technical teams
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Able to function as an independent contributor or a strong team collaborator
Analyze and translate complex business requirements into scalable Appian solutions
Design, develop, test, and deploy Appian applications and integrations
Optimize performance and ensure adherence to Appian best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Appian platform
Coordinate with global teams to support application lifecycle and enhancements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience supporting enterprise-level workflow systems
Preferred
Appian Level 1 / Level 2 Credential
Appian Level 1 or Level 2 certification
