Responsibilities

Own the approved delivery plan for Bigcat Pass racks (first-generation platforms variants and follow-on releases)
Translate the high‑level plan into detailed, executable project schedules with clear deliverables, owners and deadlines across Mechanical, Thermal/CFD, Electrical, Controls/Firmware, Industrialization, Quality and Supply Chain
Establish and run appropriate governance, reviews and escalation mechanisms, given its strategic importance and technical risk
Drive day-to-day execution to ensure milestones are met from design freeze through validation, certification, industrialization and launch
Track progress against scope, schedule and budget; manage critical paths and complex technical dependencies
Identify risks early and coordinate mitigations across disciplines, suppliers and partners
Escalate major deviations and trade-off decisions with clear impact analysis and options
Ensure agreed BCP scope and key features (density targets, supported cooling modes, serviceability, safety, monitoring) are delivered as defined
Manage change requests, assessing impact on performance, timing, cost and risk
Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Compliance and Sustainability to ensure prototypes and final BCP racks meet performance, reliability and regulatory requirements for ultra-high-density mixed‑technology cooling systems
Own delivery budgets and NRE envelopes for BCP development projects
Monitor actuals vs plan and propose corrective actions when deviations occur
Coordinate Mechanical, Thermal/CFD, Fluid, Electrical, Controls/Firmware, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Service teams
Ensure clear interfaces between BCP racks and adjacent product lines (immersion systems, DLC, Modular Power PODs) are clearly defined and consistently managed throughout the project
Provide clear, concise project status updates to Product and senior leadership
Prepare and lead delivery reviews and decision forums
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, strategic partners and key customers
