Responsibilities
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock counts
Conduct routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
Manage ordering, receiving, and replenishment processes
Maintain real‑time inventory data within inventory software systems
Generate inventory reports for leadership (levels, turnover, discrepancies)
Collaborate with operations, procurement, engineering, and sales teams to forecast demand
Train and support inventory staff on procedures and best practices
Improve inventory processes to increase accuracy and reduce inefficiency
Coordinate logistics to ensure timely availability of materials
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a comparable role
Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments preferred
Experience training or overseeing inventory personnel is a plus
