Entry, Mid LevelZON Multimédia is seeking a Vendor Management Analyst in the Information Security domain to support coordination and administration of contract-related duties. The role involves collaborating with partners to align priorities, ensuring service levels, and managing vendor relationships while driving partner satisfaction and optimizing vendor selection processes.

Responsibilities
Support coordination and administration of all contract related duties performed by the Information Security Organization
Collaborate with partners to align priorities, determine shared success metrics, identify new opportunities, mitigate issues and add value through insights
Drive partner satisfaction by learning and understanding partner needs, providing responsive service to issues, integrating partners into Information Security processes and building relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure mutually agreed-upon service levels exist for all processes and services provided by Information Security
Document process and procedures related to supporting vendor management activities within the Information Security Organization
Develop communications and presentations that deliver intended messages. Support client presentations to increase efficiency and effectiveness in building content and delivering messages
Support and maintain vendor portfolio dashboards, scorecards and reports; create review materials for vendor portfolio reviews if required
Collaborate with Procurement in negotiating supporting contracts to achieve desired financial terms and conditions and ensure vendor provided services support business objectives
Works with Procurement and Human Resources in managing vendors and contracts, purchase orders and statements of work
Provide input to Annual Financial Plan
Support and facilitate the process for identifying, prioritizing, selecting and optimizing Information Security vendors to support the corporate business strategy
Perform other related duties as assigned or appropriate
Qualification
Required
Experience in vendor management or procurement
Experience in managing a formalized process of selecting, monitoring and evaluating vendors/vendor contracts
A self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision
Effective verbal and written communications skills
Effective relationship building, negotiation and facilitation skills
Strong analysis skills including advanced excel skills
Advanced skill resolving conflicting requests and meeting changing requirements managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
Flexible and adaptive to the client culture. Need to be able to lean-in without creating disruption
Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions
Ability to create and communicate effective presentations to groups of various sizes
Preferred
Experience developing, negotiating, and managing service level agreements a plus
Experience in preparing and reviewing RFPs, RFIs, SOWs a plus
Previous experience with Azure DevOps a plus
