Senior Program Manager
PriceSenz is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support executive leadership in driving large-scale modernization initiatives. This role will work closely with the COO to lead strategic programs focused on process improvement, automation, and AI-driven transformation across multiple divisions.
Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-division programs aligned with organizational strategy
Manage large-scale initiatives with multi-year budgets and high operational impact
Translate strategic objectives into actionable program plans with defined milestones
Design and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows
Identify process improvement opportunities using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
Promote standardized project management practices, tools, and reporting frameworks
Facilitate collaboration among IT, operations, procurement, and leadership teams
Build consensus and drive adoption of new tools and processes
Present complex technical concepts in clear, business-focused language to executives
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, stage-gate reviews, and governance frameworks
Maintain compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards
Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking
Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers, interns, and early-career professionals
Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery
Qualification
Required
8+ years of IT program management experience in large, complex organizations
Proven experience managing programs with budgets of $10M+
Strong expertise in PMO standards, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting
Hands-on experience with AI, automation tools, and process improvement methodologies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and lead cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience supporting C-suite or executive sponsors
Strong negotiation and influence skills across business and IT stakeholders
Experience operating in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and performance metrics
Experience building executive dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
