Responsibilities
Optimize and execute a procurement strategy aligned with business goals, sustainability, and risk management; partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for cost optimization, innovation, and competitive advantage; drive procurement’s evolution into a strategic value enabler
Support full-cycle sourcing, contracting, and supplier management; assist in negotiation of high-value contracts; implement AI-driven analytics and digital procurement platforms to optimize spend, automate transactions, and forecast supplier risk; ensure company-wide compliance with procurement policies and governance; oversee category management and spend analytics for efficiency and transparency
Optimize existing procurement tools; champion next‑gen technologies (AI, predictive analytics, e‑procurement platforms); define and track digital KPIs (automation rates, cycle time reduction, spend visibility)
Build strategic partnerships with key suppliers to drive innovation, resilience, and sustainability; lead supplier performance reviews
Lead a high-performing procurement team skilled in analytics, digital tools, category strategy, and relationship management; foster continuous learning, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration; create a culture of accountability, innovation, and execution excellence
Integrate ESG principles into procurement decisions and supplier selection; champion supplier diversity and ethical sourcing
Qualification
Required
10+ years in procurement/supply chain with 5+ years in leadership
Track record in digital transformation/modernization
Managing global supplier networks and cross-functional teams
Delivering cost savings and strategic value (innovation, resilience, sustainability)
High proficiency with e‑procurement platforms, ERP systems, and analytics tools
Knowledge of procurement policies, governance structures, and compliance frameworks
Strong understanding of ESG principles, sustainable procurement, diversity in supplier base, and ethical sourcing practices
Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred
Master's degree
CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP certifications
