Customer Service - Remote - Insurance Sales
The Gainey Agency is seeking motivated, client-focused professionals to join their team in a remote Customer Service role. This position combines consultative sales with ongoing client support to help individuals and families secure appropriate insurance coverage.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service to prospective and existing clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings
Conduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and recommend suitable life insurance and related financial protection solutions
Manage policy servicing tasks, including processing applications, facilitating underwriting requirements, handling endorsements and policy changes, and responding to client inquiries
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the company CRM and ensure timely follow-up on leads and client requests
Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, leadership) to resolve client issues and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Achieve individual performance targets for client satisfaction, retention, and sales activity while adhering to licensing and compliance requirements
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and quality assurance activities to maintain product knowledge and service standards
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional customer-service orientation
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
Comfortable using virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom), CRM systems, and standard office software
Willingness to obtain and maintain relevant insurance licenses; licensing support and training will be provided if needed
High degree of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining compliance with regulatory and company policies
Preferred
Previous experience in insurance, financial services, customer service, or remote sales roles
Demonstrated success meeting performance targets in a client-facing environment
