Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with foremen and team members
Warn individuals of safety issues, such as not wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) or not following basic safety rules
Remind workers to tie off while on lifts or working at heights
Take attendance in the morning and check people out at the end of shifts
Record various documentation on site
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in construction, field administration, or as a field coordinator
3+ years in a safety role, supervisor, or lead role is a plus
Proficiency with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and health & safety in construction
Experience with iPads, email communication, and filling out basic write-ups and documents
OSHA 10 certification
Preferred
Proficiency with iPads, email communication, and documentation
Bilingual abilities
Knowledge of framing, drywall, and painting
Experience at a framing/drywall construction company
