Responsibilities
Designing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with program goals, addressing high complexity and risk factors
Identifying, analyzing, and managing stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Conducting detailed change impact analyses and organizational readiness assessments to inform change management planning and risk mitigation
Creating and executing targeted communication and engagement strategies that clearly articulate the vision, benefits, and impacts of the change
Partnering with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for successful adoption
Identifying potential risks to adoption and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and resistance
Defining success metrics, monitor adoption progress, and report outcomes to leadership. Adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data
Supporting senior leaders and change champions in their role as advocates for change, providing tools and guidance to lead effectively
Qualification
Required
Have a bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred)
Have 8+ years in program management, with a proven track record driving successful end to end change management in projects
Have exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Have excellent communication and facilitation skills
Have ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Have strong business sense and ability to align change management approach to business needs
Preferred
Have Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification
