Trade Marketing Intern
Club Med is the world leader in the all-inclusive vacation market, known for its upscale and multicultural spirit. The Trade Marketing Intern will assist the marketing team in implementing strategies for the US market, focusing on email marketing campaigns, social media content, and sales collateral development.

Responsibilities
Create new pages and regularly refresh the content on our B2B website to align with our Animation calendar and keep it current
Assist in successfully completing the migration of our current B2B platform to the new one, ensuring a seamless user experience during the transition
Regularly update and improve sales tools, promotional kits, brochures, and other materials to maximize effectiveness and enhance the user experience
Assist in the creation of presentations and training materials to support sales teams and enhance their capabilities (webinars presentations, interactive competitor benchmarking, etc)
Develop creative briefs to guide the creation of sales tools, social media posts, emails, and other marketing materials for the agency
Assist in ordering new tradeshow materials for our sales teams and distributing them
Manage and curate content for the Travel Advisor Facebook Group Page and Meeting & Events LinkedIn Page, ensuring they are vibrant and engaging platforms
Design and implement incentives, events, and contests to boost sales among targeted Travel Advisors and increase brand awareness within their networks and consortia
Work on the performance analysis of our various campaigns
Provide support to field sales teams, acting as a business partner to help execute their development plans and achieve objectives
Enhance the Club Med University e-learning platform to boost training effectiveness by updating content, gathering feedback, collaborating with the Inside Sales Team, and proactively suggesting ways to promote it through our other B2B channels
Adapt B2C CRM copies to B2B
Send B2B emails weekly, ensuring proper proofing
Create CRM briefs for targeted email campaigns (Meetings & Events)
Support the development and implementation of new email formats to enhance CRM capabilities
Conduct detailed competitor benchmarks for targeted topics
Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing projects
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Master's in marketing or communications (or related fields)
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Canva proficiency
Social Media Management, specifically Facebook (a plus)
Ability to travel (possible 5% of time, depending on projects)
Ability to work with teams in different departments (ex. Sales) and branches (Canada & Mexico) when necessary to align on projects
Willingness to learn, positive attitude, open minded
Good time and multiple task management, ability to react quickly
Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, thrives in a fast-paced work environment
