Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and C-suite leaders
Own engagement outcomes, delivering EBITDA, cash, and revenue improvements on time and on budget
Lead engagements or major workstreams through the Analysis and delivery phases
Align client success criteria with engagement goals and track progress through completion
Lead, coach, and develop engagement teams to drive high performance and accountability
Ensure disciplined execution of Maine Pointe methodologies, tailored to client and industry needs
Identify and shape follow-on opportunities in partnership with Engagement and Industry Partners
Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat work, references, and TVO journeys

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, logistics, operations, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
5–10+ years of experience leading consulting or business transformation engagements
Proven success delivering measurable financial results within tightly managed timelines and budgets
Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to adapt across industries and cultures
Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations transformation
Professional confidence and strong relationship management skills
Ability to inspire, coach, and develop consulting teams
Strong decision-making, planning, and change leadership skills
Clear, confident communicator with strong facilitation abilities
Willingness to travel up to 85% to client sites
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
Authorization to work in the United States is required (no sponsorship available)

Preferred

Prior experience in an implementation-focused consulting firm
PMP or similar certification
Demonstrated success expanding client relationships and selling follow-on work
