Responsibilities
Join a growing team of experienced IP litigators in a supportive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
Manage all phases of IP litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, claim construction, expert discovery, and trial preparation
Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships
Assist with litigation that spins out from current IP clients at Tucker Ellis
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing
Minimum of 8 years of IP litigation experience, with a primary focus on patent litigation and additional experience in trademark litigation
Experience managing all phases of IP litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, claim construction, expert discovery, and trial preparation
Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain, and grow client relationships
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, along with strong strategic judgment
Preferred
Portable book of business strongly preferred, though not required for candidates with strong growth potential to develop business
