Law Firm Office Manager
Wilson Worley PC is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations and financial management of their law firm. This role supports attorneys and staff, manages administrative and financial functions, and ensures the firm operates efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative staff
Oversee firm finances, including budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, billing, and collections
Manage trust (IOLTA) accounts in compliance with legal and ethical requirements
Coordinate payroll, benefits, and vendor relationships
Oversee legal billing, timekeeping, and invoicing accuracy
Prepare basic financial reports for firm leadership
Maintain office policies, procedures, and records
Coordinate office technology, supplies, and facilities
Qualification
Required
Office Management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
Working knowledge of law firm accounting, billing, and trust accounting
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, responding effectively to evolving priorities and changes
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the firm, including professional staff, attorneys, and leadership
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
