Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across sales, customer service, operations, and corporate functions
Partner closely with hiring managers to confirm needs, refine requirements, and align on ideal candidate profiles
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach
Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Maintain a smooth, consistent candidate experience from first contact through offer
Keep applicant data, notes, and reporting accurate and up to date in the ATS
Support employer branding efforts, job fairs, and outreach with community partners
Collaborate with HR on onboarding steps, offer letters, and hiring documentation

Required

2+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools

Comfortable managing multiple open roles and priorities at once
