Senior Technical Program Manager – Atlassian Cloud Migration - 1575
aKUBE is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead their Atlassian Cloud Migration initiatives. The role involves managing large-scale technology programs, overseeing program financials, and ensuring successful migration and governance of Atlassian platforms.
Responsibilities
Lead large scale, enterprise wide technology programs and multi project initiatives
Own end to end program financials including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, contracts, vendor costs, and labor modeling
Drive Atlassian Cloud migration including inventory, discovery, planning, site setup, data migration, and cutover execution
Establish and manage Atlassian platform governance and operating model post migration
Manage vendors and contracts, including delivery timelines, milestones, and commercial terms
Build and maintain an integrated program plan covering scope, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery discipline across all workstreams
Facilitate executive and steering committee forums with clear status, risks, and decision points
Proactively manage SaaS migration risks, dependencies, and cross team impacts
Drive accountability, execution, and on time delivery across all stakeholders
Mentor team members and foster inclusive, high performing teams
Qualification
Required
Heavy financial management experience with full ownership of program budgets, accruals, forecasting, contract management, FTE labor allocation, and chargebacks
Atlassian Cloud migration experience including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
8-10+ years of program and project management experience in a technology environment
Expert level knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet at a platform governance level
8-10+ years of Agile and Scrum leadership experience
Experience leading large, matrixed, cross functional organizations
Strong experience with enterprise program management tools such as ServiceNow, PPM, Clarity, and MS Project
BA or BS in Business, Computer Science, or a technical field, or 17 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
8-10+ years of technology program management experience
8-10+ years leading Agile teams applying Scrum principles
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies including Agile and Lean
Proven ability to deliver complex enterprise programs on time and within budget
Demonstrated experience communicating with executive leadership and senior stakeholders
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools including Slack, MS Teams, and MS Office
