Responsibilities
Implement project controls systems for tracking and reporting project performance to agreed KPIs across projects, programs and overall portfolio
Maintain project budgets in the cost management system and other trackers
Create and maintain visual dashboards for company specific cost metrics
Implement earned value management systems during the execution of projects
Reporting and highlighting the cost impact of scope change and prolongation across the portfolio of Divisional Projects and integrating to project timelines
Prepare and submit monthly progress updates, internal and external, for all projects
Assist project managers in the implementation of processes to adhere to cost management best practice
Analyzes variances in cost performance against the plan and communicates the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management
Creates project and program level cashflows
Implement a risk management process at the project, program and portfolio level
Review and update risk logs and project/ program risk profiles and make recommendations for contingency use and status
Provides regular, timely updates on project status and present to the various stakeholders and Edged company executives
Manage and ensure the compliance of document control processes
Monitors vendor compliance with contract commercial terms and commitments
Work with Edged Program Managers to ensure Autodesk Data is up to date and produce reports as needed on a periodic basis for Management review and to ensure program is meeting overall budget
Assist in program and project planning and scheduling tasks using scheduling software
Lead the contract close-out process
Qualification
Required
A college degree in addition to between 3 and 8 years of combined experience in Construction, Construction Management, Accounting, or Finance in the fields of engineering construction
Experience with various Cost Management Systems including Autodesk Cost is highly desirable
Commercial construction exposure and preferably in Data Centers
Experience directly related to the design or construction of large data center facilities, either colocation or client owned/operated
Previous vendor and contractor/subcontractor negotiation and management skills associated with construction and program execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with fast-track design/build projects and or multiple significant upgrade projects
