Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of experience in HAZMAT Operations to the level of 'Technician.'
Experience in exercise planning or training operations
Strong project management skills
Familiarity with HSEEP or military training environments preferred
Personnel assigned to this role should demonstrate practical, hands-on aptitude in basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks to support the safe setup, modification, and reset of training environments and exercise lanes
