Epic Ambulatory Analyst
Venna Health is a physician-led, value-based primary care organization focused on delivering better outcomes and a better patient experience. The Epic Ambulatory Analyst is responsible for the design, build, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Ambulatory modules, partnering with various stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows and quality outcomes.

Epic Ambulatory module
Schedulers
Visit types
Order sets
SmartTools (SmartPhrases, SmartLinks, SmartTexts)
Design workflows for:
Primary care
Chronic disease management
Preventive care
Care coordination
Build and maintain:
Templates
Navigators
Clinical documentation tools
Partner and train:
Physicians
APPs
Nursing
Care management
Translate clinical needs into:
Epic build
Workflow changes
Lead:
Workflow analysis
Process improvement initiatives
Develop:
Dashboards
Reporting tools
Operational metrics
Support:
Quality programs (HEDIS, STARS, ACO metrics)
Population health initiatives
Partner with:
Data & analytics teams
Qualification
Required
Epic Ambulatory Certification (active)
Being a good human being
Experience in: Primary care
Experience in: Outpatient clinics
Strong understanding of: Clinical operations
Strong understanding of: Scheduling workflows
Ability to: Translate clinical needs into technical solutions
Excellent: Communication
Excellent: Stakeholder management
Preferred
Experience in: Value-based care
Experience in: Population health
Additional Epic certifications: MyChart

Experience with: ACO reporting
