Lead and support organizational efforts to optimize and create industry-leading member experience through disciplined governance systems and practices supporting employee safety, success and effective risk management
Coordinate and integrate people, systems, and technology to drive operational excellence and support strategic objectives
Effectively manage resources to achieve Board-approved goals and metrics in alignment with organizational values, the strategic plan, and the budget
