Responsibilities
Manage bank accounts across the Americas region, ensuring optimal account structures and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain strategic banking relationships to support business expansion initiatives in the US, Canada, and LATAM markets
Lead and coordinate bank implementation projects for new market entries and business expansions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to execute treasury initiatives
Monitor and analyze banking services, fees, and performance to optimize treasury operations
Support cash management activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations
Utilize project management tools to track implementation timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
Leverage Generative AI tools to automate routine processes and enhance operational scalability
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on banking relationships and project status
Qualification
Required
3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and/or VBA skills
Experience with project management tools and the ability to meet tight deadlines
3+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or banking operations
Preferred
2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills
Knowledge of banking systems and treasury management platforms
Experience with project management
Familiarity with LATAM banking markets and regulatory environments
Experience working in a multi-national corporate environment
