Marketing Manager
GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking a Partnerships and Digital Marketing Manager to join Upway, a fast-scaling leader in the circular economy. The successful candidate will take ownership of the West Coast marketing strategy, focusing on brand building and customer acquisition in California.
Responsibilities
Own and execute California-specific marketing initiatives aligned with national strategy, building Upway into a locally relevant and recognizable brand across CA
Experience building tangible online partnerships that drive value and revenue. These partnerships will be tracked through metrics such as CPC, CAC and ROAS
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in regional marketing or brand management, ideally with proven success in driving demand in a consumer-focused environment
Possess a data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics to measure campaign ROI and optimize marketing spend across multiple channels
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt global brand messaging to resonate with diverse local audiences
Show a high degree of personal resilience and flexibility, thriving in the 'fast-paced' and 'dynamic' nature of a startup environment
Preferred
