Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities to meet goals within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints
Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, actions, decisions, risks, and timelines
Communicate progress, risks, and key updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Facilitate meetings and manage communications, including agendas, schedules, minutes, presentations, and action tracking
Map and document end-to-end processes supporting Precision Medicine and R&D initiatives
Apply understanding of team objectives and escalate issues as needed to drive execution
Support one or more cross-functional transformation initiatives across R&D workstreams
Collaborate with team leads, workstream leaders, and Strategic Planning and Operations to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Drive process simplification and structured execution within regulated R&D environments
Qualification
Required
Experience managing complex workforce strategy/build or R&D transformation projects (developing and executing project plans)
Experience accurately mapping end-to-end processes in the R&D space
Ability to document and communicate project plans, actions, and decisions to stakeholders
Strong project management skills with ability to track deliverables and drive workstreams independently
Experience in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medical device, or FDA/USDA-regulated environments)
High-level understanding of R&D to product/drug development pipelines
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data and identifiers accurately
Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn Smartsheet rapidly
Excellent written communication skills and sound judgment for issue escalation
Preferred
Experience managing complex workforce strategy/build initiatives or R&D build projects
Strong project documentation capability (charters, plans, risk mitigation, timelines)
Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels and drive cross-functional alignment
Experience with meeting facilitation and action item management
Familiarity with R&D process frameworks in science-based organizations
Self-starter mindset with flexibility and learning agility
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
