Preforms verification of confidential information for a high volume of check preparation accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with payment terms and agreements
Maintain proper documentation in vendor software
Reconciliation of accounts payable and general ledger
Support direct claim payments working closely with the Legal Department
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Excel required
Detail-oriented a must
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal and external coworkers
Critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, follow-up and ability to multitask in a fast-pace environment
Must have good math aptitude
1 - 3 years' experience of processing accounts payable and or reconciliation
Preferred
Proficiency with SAP desired
