Responsibilities
Partner with the software engineering teams to design and coordinate disposition automation and AI opportunities that will further our ability to execute to standardized processes at scale
Manage the operations of the circular centers; define and track key performance indicators and ensure that they are met
Be proactive in identifying continuous improvement areas in operational processes and act as a leader to drive resulting initiatives
Manage and deploy automation system implementations (robotics, electro mechanical automation) to improve productivity while driving down costs of our existing and new circular centers
Design and implement processes to harvest and route cloud infrastructure assets predictably based on business needs
Leverage and create AI tools to optimize processes
Identify critical risks to deployment of standardized processes, recommend, develop and implement solutions to mitigate those risks
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 3+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 4+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
BS or equivalent degree qualification in Engineering or Quantitative fields
10+ years combined experience: Process Engineering, Operations Management, Automation, technical/engineering role(s)
Over 8 years' experience managing process engineering, operations, and AI/automation systems in manufacturing / warehouse management environments
Experience with IT Asset Disposition or in a related role desirable
Demonstrable experience in collaborating across global operations, technical engineering teams and senior leadership
