Responsibilities
Define Axiaor’s talent thesis across creators, influencers, artists, and cultural operators
Lead vetting, selection, and onboarding of high-impact talent aligned with the Axiaor aesthetic
Build long-term relationships with culturally relevant creators and celebrity talent
Establish the cultural standards, values, and creative bar for the platform
Ensure consistency across content, collaborations, and community behavior
Act as a cultural gatekeeper—protecting the brand from dilution
Work closely with the CMO and Brand team to integrate talent into Maison launches, campaigns, and cultural moments
Support casting and talent prioritization for Axiaor Studios and original content
Help position Axiaor as a destination platform for cultural leaders
Shape internal culture as the team scales—setting expectations around collaboration, respect, and creative excellence
Advise leadership on people decisions where cultural impact is material
Be a trusted voice in leadership discussions involving talent, representation, and visibility
Qualification
Required
Deeply fluent in culture, creators, and influence
Trusted by talent, creatives, or cultural leaders
Strong judgment around people, taste, and brand alignment
Comfortable working with high-profile personalities and navigating complex dynamics
Strategic thinker with strong instincts and emotional intelligence
Able to operate early-stage, fast-moving, and with limited structure
Preferred
Luxury, fashion, music, film, or media experience
Talent management, cultural strategy, or creative leadership experience
Experience with brand, creator, or celebrity-adjacent platforms
