New Grad, Entry LevelVensure Employer Solutions is seeking a motivated Aerial Drop Technician I (Fiber Optic Installation Technician) to join their team. This role is responsible for hanging drop fiber from pole to home, ensuring reliable connectivity for residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities
Complete aerial fiber optic drops from pole to home
Safely operate tools, equipment, and ladders to complete projects
Maintain and clean supplies, tools, and equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field
Follow quality construction practices and company standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in telecommunications construction
Comfortable working at heights
Commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards
Complete aerial fiber optic drops from pole to home
Safely operate tools, equipment, and ladders to complete projects
Maintain and clean supplies, tools, and equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field
Follow quality construction practices and company standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
Authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record check
Ability to work safely, with or without supervision
Capable of standing, working overhead, and lifting equipment for extended periods
Excellent manual dexterity and ability to operate aerial lift devices, lashers, and hand tools
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred
Ability to work well with others and independently
