Amazon Connect Specialist
EsteemIT is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Specialist with strong expertise in AWS Contact Center solutions and Google Cloud Platform integration. The ideal candidate will design, implement, customize, and support scalable omnichannel contact center solutions using Amazon Connect while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage Amazon Connect contact center solutions
Configure contact flows, routing profiles, queues, prompts, and IVR logic
Implement omnichannel capabilities (voice, chat, tasks)
Configure and manage Amazon Connect CCP, QuickSight dashboards, and reports
Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and third-party platforms
Optimize call flows for performance, reliability, and customer experience
Develop integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, and SQS
Implement authentication and security using IAM, encryption, and best practices
Monitor and troubleshoot using CloudWatch, logs, and metrics
Automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation / Terraform)
Design and support integrations between Amazon Connect (AWS) and GCP services
Work with GCP APIs, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage
Enable data exchange and analytics between AWS and GCP platforms
Support hybrid/multi-cloud architectures and secure connectivity
Enable call analytics and reporting using Amazon Connect Analytics, QuickSight, and BigQuery
Support real-time and historical reporting requirements
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and governance
Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers
Provide production support and incident resolution
Participate in solution design reviews and best-practice discussions
Create technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
Expertise in AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch
Experience integrating AWS solutions with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Proficiency in JavaScript / Python for Lambda development
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
Understanding of contact center KPIs and CX best practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery
Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation
Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.)
Exposure to Amazon Lex, Polly, and conversational AI
Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Developer
Amazon Connect Specialty (if available)
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Developer
