Epic Certified Willow Ambulatory & Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities

Lead the design, build, configuration, and implementation efforts for Epic Willow Ambulatory and Inventory during the conversion from RX30
Maintain detailed build outlines, documents, and trackers to ensure visibility and consistency across all pharmacy locations
Facilitate and document operational and clinical build decisions, ensuring alignment with pharmacy leadership and IT governance
Collaborate closely with cross-functional Epic application teams to ensure cohesive and integrated system builds
Oversee setup, testing, and validation of all integrated third-party pharmacy systems, including but not limited to: Legacy prescription conversion, Legacy prescription archival, PDMP integrations, RMS Point of Sale, RxLink, SIGIS (FSA/HSA eligibility)
Partner with vendor contacts to troubleshoot issues, validate configuration, support interface build requirements, and ensure successful end-to-end integration
Create and maintain documentation for all third-party workflows and system connections
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex inventory build or workflow issues within Epic Willow Ambulatory
Validate configuration accuracy across pharmacy workflows such as dispensing, inventory management, purchasing, receiving, billing, and controlled substance tracking
Conduct root-cause analysis for technical issues, collaborating with pharmacists and operational leaders to identify and implement sustainable fixes
Assist with data validation, testing cycles, cutover planning, and readiness activities leading up to go-live
Participate in project planning meetings, status updates, and workflow review sessions
Translate operational requirements into optimized system functionality within Epic
Support the development and execution of testing scripts and integrated testing events
Assist training teams by providing subject-matter expertise and build clarification

Required
