Managing and prioritizing a large caseload
Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
Attending hearings and status conferences
Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members
Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk
Qualification
Required
5 years of Foreclosure litigation experience
Juris Doctorate and member in good standing of the NY Bar
Managing and prioritizing a large caseload
Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
Attending hearings and status conferences
Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members
Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk
Preferred
Previous experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or mortgage banking
