This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service on job sites.

Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, VAV, and VRF/VRV systems
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
Install, start up, and commission commercial HVAC equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics
Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA Section 608 regulations
Document work performed, parts used, and service details using mobile software
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers and property managers
Follow OSHA, EPA, and local mechanical code requirements at all times
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
Experience working on rooftops, mechanical rooms, and commercial facilities
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions
Customer-focused, professional, and reliable
Preferred
Trade school or HVAC technical training
State or local HVAC license
Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
Knowledge of energy management and control systems
