Offer significant learning and exposure opportunities in all aspects of Human Resources (legal, regulatory and compliance, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, compensation management, organizational development, human resource management, budget management)
Demonstrate successes regarding continuous improvement and personal development
Manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with challenging time frames
Work efficiently and effectively in high-stress, rapidly changing, and ambiguous situations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development with a minimum of 2 years and maximum of 5 years professional-level Human Resources experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar degree program OR equivalent education and experience
Flexible paradigm and approach to the purpose and delivery of HR services (HR as a business-enhancing department vs. administrative)
Highly motivated and committed interest in developing competencies and long-term career in Human Resources
Strong willingness and discipline to learn with an emphasis on learning by doing and self-learning
Intermediate level or better Microsoft Office skills
Demonstrated successes regarding continuous improvement and personal development
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with challenging time frames
High degree of self-leadership and self-discipline with the ability to work with limited direction or supervision
