Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end delivery of technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
Serve as the primary point of contact between engineering teams, product teams, and business stakeholders. Facilitate clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress
Define program scope, create project roadmaps, manage resources, and set milestones to achieve project objectives
Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to ensure smooth execution
Partner with engineering teams to understand technical challenges, facilitate solutions, and make informed trade-off decisions
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including program plans, status reports, and key decision logs
Champion Agile methodologies, lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring efficient workflows
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Legally authorized to work in the U.S
3+ years of experience in technical program management or project management within a technology-focused environment
Bachelor Science's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Bilingual communication skills in Korean are required
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and system integration processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex problems, and drive projects to successful completion
Demonstrated expertise in creating clear, concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong skills in verifying features to ensure alignment with business requirements and user expectations
Proficiency in interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes
Exceptional skills in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile development processes and proficiency in project tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms
