Responsibilities
Handle a dynamic docket of civil litigation matters, primarily commercial auto liability and trucking accident defense cases
Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and attend court appearances
Work closely with clients, insurers, and team members to develop case strategies
Prepare cases for trial and participate as first- or second-chair when ready
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in Texas
Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
A growth mindset and a desire to build a strong professional reputation
