This role involves managing communications, scheduling, and supporting day-to-day operations while serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Directly support the office leadership including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Serve as the primary contact for visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries
Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
Assist with event and meeting coordination, logistics, and follow-up
Other duties as assigned

Required

Sitting and/or standing at workstation for extended periods; lifting and/or carrying objects up to 25 pounds. Requires ability to drive vehicle to deliver and pick up materials
communicate and build working relationships with staff, faculty, alumni, and donors
abide by university guidelines
maintain confidentiality
prioritize and manage work effectively
positively represent the university
participate in events at different locations both on campus and off campus
work successfully in a team as well as independently
strong customer service skills
be able to prioritize/be organized
strong communication skills
experience with Microsoft Office
data entry
