Creating detailed architectural designs and construction drawings
Leading design phases
Coordinating with clients and project teams
Contributing to urban planning initiatives
Working closely with other professionals and stakeholders to deliver functional, innovative, and quality design solutions
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical skills
Proficiency in creating detailed Construction Drawings and other related deliverables
Knowledge of Urban Planning concepts and their integration within architectural projects
Strong Drawing and visualization abilities to communicate ideas effectively
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Proficiency with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp)
Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills
Familiarity with building codes and construction standards
Preferred
Licensure in architecture is preferred, but not required
Experience in commercial or institutional projects is a plus
