Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visual reports that support strategic business goals
Create and optimize customer-facing reports that deliver actionable insights and enhance user experience
Ensure high performance, accuracy, and consistency across all Tableau reports
Implement best practices in data visualization, UX design, and report optimization
Lead the migration of legacy SSRS reports into Tableau
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple data sources
Develop efficient data models to ensure high-quality, scalable analytics
Maintain data integrity, ensuring accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs
Collaborate with business leaders to define reporting requirements and KPIs
Conduct requirements-gathering sessions to align technical solutions with business needs
Provide ongoing support and training to business users for effective dashboard utilization
Work with Amazon Redshift or similar cloud-based data warehouses
Apply best practices for data integration and BI infrastructure in cloud environments
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that support organizational objectives
Advocate for a data-driven culture and promote analytics excellence throughout the business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of hands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards and reports and AI assisted development in Tableau
7+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
Proven experience migrating reports from SSRS to Tableau
Experience with Amazon Redshift or other cloud-based data warehouse solutions
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and data storytelling skills
Strong problem-solving ability with a meticulous attention to detail and a focus on quality
